Now I know early I stated that the candidates that are eligible vary by role, well that tends to not be true for management interns. They want a specific candidate in mind they want a minimum of Junior/Senior level status, so sorry Sophomore’s you are out of luck here. I will say from the past the closer you are to graduating, or actually post-grad the better chances you have at an MI. Also this one here like the other PIs experience matters, and you are required to have a one-year of leadership experience. So, anyone who does not meet those qualifications there is chance you may NLICed right away.

I will also state that unlike the DCP the role you get is up to you, since these are specific applications for very specific roles. I feel I should also state unlike the DCP these applications each have different start dates, and you are not able to choose when you start the date will be given to you –so just keep that in mind. Other than that I feel like the basics are pretty much covered for areas you can apply to, but if you want to check specific applications I suggest looking on the Disney Careers site.
